The Endless Racing MONO6 GT / Racing MONO6R Light Weight Front & Rear Performance Brake System is a state–of–the–art brake system designed for performance and endurance racing. The system utilizes lightweight aluminum calipers, double–sided rotors, and high–performance brake pads to provide exceptional stopping power for high–speed applications. The brake system is also designed to be lighter and more rigid when compared to traditional steel or iron systems, and the larger rotors offer greater cooling capacity to prevent fade or brake dragging. The Endless Racing system is an ideal choice for performance, track, and endurance applications, allowing drivers to confidently push their vehicles to the limit.
The RACING MONO6 GT race team, following the design of the 2012 model, has joined the SUPER GT GT500 Class “LEXUS TEAM WedsSport BANDOH” Race. ENDLESS‘ prized 5000t forging Monobloc technology guarantees high resistance and durability, capable of withstanding the stress of a race, as well as contributing to a lighter weight and higher radiation.
Endless calipers are crafted from top–notch materials and built with immaculate designs to ensure ultimate strength and accuracy during even the most challenging conditions. When combined with RF650 Racing Super Fluid, you can expect maximum performance from your brakes with pinpoint precision and reliability.
Endless ensured the same level of stiffness in the rear by fitting a calliper of the same size as the Racing MONO6 on the rear. This, in turn, allows the rear brakes to demonstrate a high degree of power, and to feature large–sized holes of diameters ranging between Φ355mm to Φ390mm.

Endless‘ “never–ending challenge“ of creating quality forging has led to the development and perfection of Monobloc Calipers. After four years of design and a year spent constructing the prototype, the heavily tested and re–designed calipers have achieved a hard, lightweight build through superior special technology, such as the complicated piston cylinder, and an anodized aluminum finishing.
The long slit and the E slit that lie above it give the E–Slit Rotor its distinct look and feel. The dual shading effect formed by the long slit, which outlines the pad, and the E Slit, granting superior brake force, gives the brake maximum efficiency. When the long slit on the rotor surface side begins to fade and the letter E is visible, it‘s time for replacement.
It is advised that the brake rotor be replaced at least every two years, even if it is still being used, since aging issues such as rust and corrosion may end up damaging it.
Our monoblock series uses ultra–hard alumite for the caliper body and a strong ram coat for the rotor bell housing. This combination allows alumite to maintain its color–retention under high–temperature conditions even when being used on a circuit.
The anodizing process takes advantage of the fact that when aluminum is exposed to air, its naturally occurring oxide layer prevents further degradation. By going through a more involved procedure, an even tougher layer is made which is perfect for racing. This finish is far more durable than painting or powder coating, creating a uniform surface that is much less prone to abrasion.
E-Slit
