Endless Racing MONO6 GT / Racing MONO6R Light Weight Front & Rear Performance Brake System for R35 Nissan GT-R

The Endless Racing MONO6 GT / Racing MONO6R Light Weight Front & Rear Performance Brake System is a stateoftheart brake system designed for performance and endurance racing. The system utilizes lightweight aluminum calipers, doublesided rotors, and highperformance brake pads to provide exceptional stopping power for highspeed applications. The brake system is also designed to be lighter and more rigid when compared to traditional steel or iron systems, and the larger rotors offer greater cooling capacity to prevent fade or brake dragging. The Endless Racing system is an ideal choice for performance, track, and endurance applications, allowing drivers to confidently push their vehicles to the limit.

The RACING MONO6 GT race team, following the design of the 2012 model, has joined the SUPER GT GT500 ClassLEXUS TEAM WedsSport BANDOH Race. ENDLESS prized 5000t forging Monobloc technology guarantees high resistance and durability, capable of withstanding the stress of a race, as well as contributing to a lighter weight and higher radiation.

Endless calipers are crafted from topnotch materials and built with immaculate designs to ensure ultimate strength and accuracy during even the most challenging conditions. When combined with RF650 Racing Super Fluid, you can expect maximum performance from your brakes with pinpoint precision and reliability.

Racing MONO6R Light Weight

Endless ensured the same level of stiffness in the rear by fitting a calliper of the same size as the Racing MONO6 on the rear. This, in turn, allows the rear brakes to demonstrate a high degree of power, and to feature largesized holes of diameters ranging between Φ355mm to Φ390mm.

Endless manufactures calipers with the finest materials and engineering to guarantee the ultimate in performance regardless of whether you‘re on the racetrack, rally course, or street. Their calipers are able to withstand the most extreme of conditions while still keeping their accuracy. Combining the calipers with RF650 Racing Super Fluid allows for peak performance. With these calipers, your brakes will be highly precise and dependable.

Forged Monobloc Caliper Body

Endlessneverending challenge of creating quality forging has led to the development and perfection of Monobloc Calipers. After four years of design and a year spent constructing the prototype, the heavily tested and redesigned calipers have achieved a hard, lightweight build through superior special technology, such as the complicated piston cylinder, and an anodized aluminum finishing.

“E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect

The long slit and the E slit that lie above it give the ESlit Rotor its distinct look and feel. The dual shading effect formed by the long slit, which outlines the pad, and the E Slit, granting superior brake force, gives the brake maximum efficiency. When the long slit on the rotor surface side begins to fade and the letter E is visible, it‘s time for replacement.

It is advised that the brake rotor be replaced at least every two years, even if it is still being used, since aging issues such as rust and corrosion may end up damaging it.

Ultra-Hard Alumite Caliper Body

Our monoblock series uses ultrahard alumite for the caliper body and a strong ram coat for the rotor bell housing. This combination allows alumite to maintain its colorretention under hightemperature conditions even when being used on a circuit.

Hard Anodized Finish

The anodizing process takes advantage of the fact that when aluminum is exposed to air, its naturally occurring oxide layer prevents further degradation. By going through a more involved procedure, an even tougher layer is made which is perfect for racing. This finish is far more durable than painting or powder coating, creating a uniform surface that is much less prone to abrasion.

About Bedding

  • In order to get the most out of a pad that is built to handle high temperatures, a procedure known asbedding is necessary. Prior to any strenuous activities, the pads ought to be prewarmed so that they can run at their highest potential.
  • Competitors in toptier motorsport races including SUPER GT, WRC and a variety of European championships, must have the best quality bedding to perform at their peak.
  • It is essential to bed semimetallic brake pads correctly for the efficient operation of high temperature and enhanced longevity of the brake pads and rotors.

How to Bed

  • When driving a car that has a newly installed product, the rotor temperature should be ramped up to a level between 400500°C and brake cautiously. Additionally, Atari should be added in; once the temperature dips to 100°C or lower, the procedure is completed.

  • The ESlit rotor is designed with a curved and narrow slit, paired with four additional ESlits. This provides an even shaving of the brake pad, as well as increased friction, to ensure the longest life span of the brake pad. With its carbon blend material and Endless exclusive technology, the rotor offers stable mulevels, decreased heat cracks and extended braking pad efficiency. The unique design of the rotor ensures optimal shaving.

Cost Effective, and More On So Many Levels

  • Drivers and racing teams often choose Endless steel discs for their costeffectiveness, as well as the range of performance options they offer. Furthermore, Endless steel discs have been found to provide a superior driving experience and conditions.

Special Heat Treatment Process

  • The utilization of the rotor for a long period of time can lead to surface warming and contraction, which leads to the creation of tiny fractures known as heat cracks. To rectify this, sections of the rotor are exposed to specific heat treatments to stabilize them and decrease the number of remarkable heat cracks during steady operation. This has positively impacted the longevity of the rotor, allowing for extended use without apprehension.

Blue Rotor Hat Finish

  • Its bell cap was painted blue to safeguard it against corrosion as well as add a decorative touch.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only.
