Mine’s Leather Steering Wheel for R35 Nissan GT-R

The MINE’S original steering wheel for the R35 GT-R is crafted with a blend of premium leather and Alcantara. The top and bottom sections of the grip feature Nappa leather, renowned for its luxurious feel and exquisite look, commonly found in European luxury cars. Nappa leather boasts a remarkably soft texture and an appealing appearance due to its chrome-tanned nature. The normal grip position of the steering wheel incorporates Alcantara. The materials chosen prioritize comfort, offering a pleasant tactile experience while ensuring excellent grip. The design and functionality of the steering wheel have been meticulously considered to provide both aesthetic appeal and practicality.

The MINE’S original steering wheel for the GT-R introduces several enhancements to its shape. The outer diameter of the steering wheel has been reduced by 5mm, resulting in a sleeker profile. The grip itself has been moderately thickened, promoting a comfortable and secure hold. Furthermore, the adoption of a D-shaped design adds a touch of originality to the steering wheel. With meticulous attention to both materials and shape, this steering wheel is dedicated to the GT-R, exuding a stylish and sporty appearance.

For 2017+ models, MINE’S have maintained the design and quality of the conventional R35 leather steering wheel, while introducing some notable updates. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest.
