Endless Racing MONO6R Light Weight Rear Performance Brake System w/ 3PC Rotors for R35 Nissan GT-R
The Endless Racing MONO6R Light Weight Rear Performance Brake System is designed to provide racers with the ultimate in braking performance and reliability. The Endless kit utilizes a lightweight aluminum caliper, precision stainless steel pistons, and high–performance Racing–class Brake Pads to provide tremendous stopping power and exceptional heat dissipation. This kit is designed to provide much improved pedal feel, increased brake performance, extended brake life, and lower unsprung weight. The Endless kit also includes all necessary mounting hardware and brake lines to ensure easy installation and compatibility with other aftermarket components. These high–quality brakes are the perfect upgrade for any sports car or race vehicle to ensure exceptional braking power and control. By equipping the rear section with the same size body as the “Racing MONO6“ Monobloc Calipers and providing the same level of rigidity, Endless achieved high brake force performance both in the front and rear. This design also allows the installation of large hole size rotors varying from 355mm to 390mm. Endless‘s calipers are designed and manufactured using the best materials for the highest–quality performance, even in the harshest conditions. For the best results, pair your direct–fit Endless calipers with Endless RF650 Racing Super Fluid, so that your brakes respond with impeccable precision and dependability.
Endless creates top–of–the–line calipers composed of high–grade materials and built to the finest standards. They are capable of staying unharmed and delivering reliable efficiency even under harsh conditions. When used in combination with RF650 Racing Super Fluid, these calipers will supply you with peak performance. Your brakes will be engaged and disengaged with great precision and dependability.
Forged Monobloc Caliper Body
- Endless‘ “never–ending challenge“ in pursuit of quality forging led to the conception of Monobloc Calipers, which were forged and molded under immense pressure. After four years, the prototype was ready and the following year, it was put through numerous tests, leading to changes being made to its specifications. The lightweight yet durable material it was manufactured from, an ultra–hard anodized aluminum, enabled it to take part in races and the advanced special technology made possible the difficult piston cylinder processing. The culmination of this project was the final product which was the result of Endless‘ tireless efforts.
“E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect
- The eye–catching E–Slit rotor is made up of two parts; a long slit providing gentle curves and an E–slit above it. The two slits work together to keep the pad in its optimal state and deliver powerful braking force. It‘s time to replace the rotor when the long slit on the rotor side is no longer visible and the letter E begins to float. It is advisable to change the brake rotor out at least every two years, even if it appears to be in good condition, as it may have sustained damage from environmental elements such as rust and corrosion over time.
Ultra-Hard Alumite Caliper Body
- The caliper body of our monoblock series utilizes ultra–tough alumite while the rotor bell housing has a hardy protective coating. This has the ability to keep alumite from discoloring prematurely even when it is exposed to extreme temperatures that are seen while racing on a track.
Hard Anodized Finish
- The finish is an anodizing process, which is highly preferred in track conditions. As raw aluminum corrodes when exposed to the oxygen in the atmosphere, a hard skin layer is produced which stops further destruction. This process is famously known as oxidation and is similar to the formation of rust. Anodizing amplifies this oxidization process and develops a strong coating of aluminum oxide, providing increased strength and protection. Consequently, this is a much more suitable finish for tracks, since the covering is consistent and more enduring than using paint or powder coating.
E-Slit
- The E–Slit rotor is a curved slit that has been combined with four smaller E–Slits. The curved slit gives a smoother shave, while the E–Slits increase friction to keep the brake pads in top condition. It is made with a special carbon blend, an Endless original technology, which provides a stable mu–level, prevents heat cracks and allows you to get the most out of your brake pads. All the slits have been designed to offer the optimal shave.
Cost Effective, and More On So Many Levels
- Drivers and racing teams often go for Endless steel discs due to their cost–efficiency, as well as various performance options. Additionally, they prefer the look and feel of Endless steel discs.
Special Heat Treatment Process
- Excessive and extended usage of the rotor can cause its surface to heat up and shrink, resulting in small cracks known as heat cracks. To avoid this, a heat treatment is carried out on parts of the rotor to generalize them and reduce the occurrence of heat cracks during hard use. This has brought about an extension in the lifetime of the rotor, allowing it to be used for an extended period without problems.
Blue Rotor Hat Finish
- The bell cap has been painted blue both to prevent it from rusting and to give it a decorative flair.
About Bedding
- In order to ensure the optimal performance of a pad designed to handle high temperatures, a technique called ‘bedding‘ must be performed. This involves preheating the pads before expecting to put them to heavy use, which allows them to reach their ideal working temperatures.
- Racers taking part in the most advanced levels of motor racing, such as SUPER GT, WRC, and a few tournaments occurring in Europe, all necessitate top–notch bedding options.
- To ensure effective braking performance at high temperatures, proper bedding in must be carried out prior to installation of semi–metallic brake pads, in order to extend the lifespan of both the pads and rotors.
- How to Bed:
- When running a car with a new product, the rotor temperature should be kept between 400–500°C and care should be taken not to brake harshly. After adding atari, the process will conclude once the temperature drops to 100°C or lower.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only.
