Featuring a bar-and-plate core with an internal turbulator design, it offers significantly improved heat transfer over the factory tube-and-fin configuration. The core thickness has been increased from 50mm to 61mm, enhancing both cooling performance and oil capacity. Precision-machined billet aluminum end tanks with high-temperature foam seals ensure that all airflow from the ducting passes directly through the core for maximum thermal efficiency. Designed as a true bolt-in solution, the oil cooler utilizes all factory brackets, lines, and the original shroud with no modifications required. To further optimize performance, billet aluminum end tanks are fitted with high-temperature foam seals that ensure all ducted airflow is directed through the core—unlike the stock design.
